| How do I get the Microsoft Vine Beta? |
| Currently it’s available by invitation only. If you know someone who is using it, they can invite you. If not, request an invitation at Vine.net and we will send one to you when they are available. You will need to download the Microsoft Vine application to your computer. Click here for full system requirements. |

| At this time, Microsoft Vine is available only in the United States. |

| Can I send alerts when I’m not at a computer? |
| Yes, you can send alerts from a mobile phone using text message (standard text messaging charges apply, see terms and conditions), as well as from e-mail, or from the application. |

| How is my privacy protected? |
| With Microsoft Vine you control the profile you create, decide what goes into it, who can see it, who can send information to you, and how you want to receive it. The standard Microsoft Online Privacy statement is used, which is representative of Microsoft’s commitment to privacy. |

| How much does it cost? |
| The basic service is available to individuals at no cost. If you want to receive alerts on your mobile phone standard messaging charges apply, see terms and conditions. Organizations and individuals will be able to purchase additional services in the future. |
